AFRICAN RURAL PRESS IN ACTION updated its Staff Curriculum Vitae page.

Danniel Benno Msangya is the Founder member of African Rural Press in Action, also up to date serves as the President since 2000, he graduated from Nyegezi Social Training Institute (currently St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) Advanced Diploma in Journalism (1992), also Advanced Level at Musoma High School (1990) as well as Ordinary Level at Makoko Seminary School and Musoma Alliance (1980 – 1986), Primary Education, at Nyegina and Ingri Juu (1972–1978)

He attended different studies in abroad such as NSJ -Ghanzi Botswana Certificate in Rural and Gender Reporting 1995, also Economic Reporting Deutsche Welle Training Centre Kolgn Germany 1998, additional, Certificate In Emergency Reporting for African communicators AANA/APT All Africa News Agency Machakos Kenya 1999, Certificate for Participation in the UCIP university program, UCIP/international young Journalists study tours for 30 days over 30 cities and towns visited for study tours Balkan  countries:Yugoslavia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia –Herzegovina in 2002.

He also with ARUPA traditional dance –the Wagogo Queens of Drums from Nzali village attended an international culture festival Klang Welten and over 60 cities and towns in west Europe Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, France 2003-2008 were covered, also in 2007 he led ARUPA to attend international cultural concerts and reporting, here over 15 cities and towns of Spain were visited including Madrid and Barcelona.

 

Benta N Matunga is the founder member of ARUPA since 2000, she serves as the Coordinating Secretary, currently she is the Ph.D Candidate – The University of Dodoma (UDOM) pursuing Social Sciences in Socio-economic determinants of antibiotic (2012-2014) also she attended  Sokoine University of Agriculture, 2005– 2008, (Master of Arts in Rural Development Studies), also in her Bachelor degree she got from Sokoine University of Agriculture, 1999– 2002, (BSc. Home Economics and Human Nutrition), Kilakala High School, Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education(1996– 1998), Sekei Secondary School, Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education, (1992– 1995)

 


Lucy Msesa is  the Assistant Accountant with Certificate of Accountancy from National Booking Certificate of Accountancy (NABOCE) at Dar es salaam School of Accountancy (D.S.A) graduated 1985, she has experienced worked at Dodoma municipal for 5 years, Worked as Accountant with World Vision from 1998 up to 2000, DAPACA for 2 years and ARUPA for six years (2003-2009) and returned 2012 up to date

Mathew Leonard is the Human Resource Officer and Asst. Secretary of ARUPA since 2012, he was born at Bukene-Nzega, he graduated from the University of Dodoma 2012 (Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration), and City High school 2009 he is strong enough in IT skills, Human rights, proposal write ups, projects, HRO knowledge, and fundraising
