The Programmes Manager is the Overall Manager of the various programmes the organization is implementing. S (he) is accountable to the Executive Committee/ Board that is elected by the members.
The Programmes Manager has the immediate subordinates that include three Programmes Officers responsible for Technical Engineering, Research & Training, Projects Development; and Finance and Administration Officer responsible for the general administration of the organization that includes financial planning, management and advisory services; planning and management of human and material resources.
The Assistant Administrative Officer is the immediate subordinate of the Finance and Administrative Officer who takes care of the secretarial roles and front desk-management, information management systems and petty cash management.
