C.E.O AND FOUNDER’S BIBLIOGRAPHY AND NOTE.
Anthon Louis Mwangake posses a strong and inspiring leadership background in accounting with the ability to dream BIG. Forming this organization was not just a serendipitous episode but a result of series of Leadership and culture of dreaming BIG about creating something with social impact.
NHCYN was founded in December 2013, despite the fact that legal and official inauguralation was in the beginning of 2014.
“Working with New Hope for Children and Youth Network continues to be an interesting and challenging experience. Whenever I think of changing the lives of vulnerable children to HIV/AIDS and IGNORANCE become a puzzling game. Yet when I see several youth who are the form four leavers but doing nothing plus big number of university graduates who are jobless. I found that it should be part of my thanking God and society by having an organization from which I can play part in bringing social change” Mwangake.
Tanzania is one of the countries with virgin lands, yet youth are suffering from unemployment problems, the only thing needed, is knowledge and success stories to be shared with youth.
Bee keeping is one of the common activities in rural areas but no benefit or profit obtained due to local and poor methods of beekeeping
Mbeya Region as founder claim to be one of the blessed regions with water sources, fertile soil, still youth suffer from unemployment problems
Due to high rate of HIV/AIDS infections, there are several children who have been nick named by the name of STREET CHILDREN. Families with bad cultural practices discourage girls from getting formal education. Also there are children regardless female or male who are supposed to be registered to start standard one but are not in school due to poverty, orphanage issues, lack of awareness of education among the parent. NHCYN had been founded so as to be part of solving these social problems facing youth and children.
