Majani Natural and Scientific Health Promoters (MANSHEP) is a non Governmental organization and non partisan, neither profit making nor profit sharing. This organization was established by local community members residing in Mbeya City, Tanzania for the benefit of the people and the society.
The founder members brought up the idea to establish such an organization after recognizing that, many people in Mbeya City and Tanzania at large fail to solve their health problems as they are drastically poor and do not have enough health information for healthy informed choices.
MANSHEP was established for the purpose of creating a Community Toolbox that is potential to enable the society and marginalized people to have access to safe and effective natural and scientific health services and information in order to enhance household economic security by helping households build wealth through better health (HEALTH IS WEALTH). MANSHEP is here to help people to solve their life challenges through innovative solutions and creation of self reliance in improving their lives and livelihoods. CHANGE IS ME
