This Non Governmental Organizazion has been established in 2008 as a group which its aim was to help people who had various problems within a local area of Mwakibete Ward. these were such as aid to Orphan children and providing legal aid to the Women who were violeted; helping people during morning cerebrations and provide food so as to combat against non-nutrition problem for the children.
The group wa estaablished by six Women who volunteered to curb the problems of people within a ward by granting their own money with no assistance from any one.
Some times people could call them as "Women with great Love to others". when they found that the needs for people were tremendously increasing, they found that it could be better for a group to be legally established and registered as a Non Governmental Organization as per the Non-Governmental Organization Act 2002.

The office is located in Mbeya City Itongo Street at Mwakibete Ward
VISION
The aim is to have a centre which will provide necessities to destitutes and make sure that all of them get their rights with no discrimination before the law as article 13 of the United Republic of Tanzania Constitution provides, 1977.
MISSION
To make sure that legal rights and necessities are provided equally to all the destitutes withought bearing in mind about income, colour, religious, tribes and status within the society as article 12 of the constitution of United Republic of Tanzania 1977.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To provide aid of necessities to all people in the society especially special group of people such as children, old aged people, women, orphans, widowers and disabled ones with regard to the LEGAL AID, EDUCATION and HEALTH.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- T educate the society of Tanzania in order to make them know their basic rights
- To encourage the society of Tanzania to join the economic groups and to establish groups for development purposes
- To enhance birth rate planning education and gender issues with regard to the society of Tanzania.
- To enable the youths to have moral conduct and spirit
- To encourage the society of Tanzania to know the significance of keeping good environmental by planting trees and tree fruits.
- To make the society be able to manage to prevent from being affected by HIV/AIDS
- To participate in various research activities
- To identify the children who live in vulnerable life of living and to defend their basic rights.
Activities accomplished since 2010
- Supported 30 widows by availing them with seed money as start-up capital for their small business; trained them on entrepreneurial skills; given them food and referrals for other donors.
- Supported 30 PLWHA through Psychosocial support, training on entrepreneurship skills, food, referrals to other institution for further management.
- Supported 105 orphans by giving them school materials, blankets, sweaters, school fees,school uniforms and referrals to other institutions for further assistance.
- Expanding services by opening the new branch in Mbeya district at Igoma ward.
- Providing education on accountability and good leadership to community member and local government leaders.
- Advocacy Youth policy, Organizing youth to form platfoms
The way forward:
- To train widows, PLWHA, and orphans’ caregivers how to produce quality seeds in groups for earning income for their livelihoods.
- To train local government leader about good governance
