| 3:STEERING COMMITTEE (This committee is made up of 6 members, who are OVCT Chairperson, Secretary, Accountant and other 3 members regarding gender and it meets four times per year according to the OVCT Costitution and they may meet at any time for emergencies). | |||||||||||||||

| 4:OVCT LEADERSHIP (Chairperson, Executive Secretary /Director, Accountant ;and OVCT has a Bank Account which is signed by three signatories, two from leadership group and one from among the members). |
