PADI need one volunteer with micro finance skills and interested to support micro credit in Ruvuma and Njombe regions. PADI has been runing the program for over 18 years. The program started with 10 older people(9 women) in 2000 to over 1500 older people in 2017. For over 17 year PADI has been supporting informal IGA groups. From 2016 PADI has formalized the groups to over 77 CBOS.
