The structure of ENREDO has five main organs with different functions. These are: General assembly, Board of director, Management and Coordination, executive committees and Members/communities

Management and coordination organ is composed by the programs coordinator, accountant, program officers, information and communication officer, legal officer, education and health officer, planning and project officer, Fund and economic officer, supportive staff and few non salary staff who work on voluntary basis
Members/Communities
To initiate programs; program beneficiaries
Programs Coordinator; Is the overall in-charge of all projects in the organisation. Major task for this position is to provide support and guidance to the projects and juniour staff and to link the projects/organisation with other stakeholders.
Accountant; Is the financial custodian whose main task is to monitor projects budgets and expenditures.
Program Officers; Are the program executing officers responsible for mobilizing, organising and facilitating the target group and actors towards program implementation as well as coordinating the project activities in all sites. Supportive staff include driverrs office assistant whose task is to facilitate transport and logistics for smooth running of office and field activities.
The organization carries out its mission through knowledge and information dissemination, skills training, advocacy and organizing community initiative kickstartups. Since its formation ENREDO has been growing fairly working in collaboration and partnerships/networks with other development actors within and outside the country with different organization like TYVA, YUNA, FEMINA, TYC, OPENMIND, Oxform, Ministry of Youth, National Economic Empowerment Council, Ministry of Agriculture, ILALA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL and SEGERA WARD. .
ENREDO uses different strategies to organize communities to participate in development activities and programs. Focusing on discriminated groups especially women, youths and disabled to ensure their access to development activities.
