Enlighten Resilience Development Organization (ENREDO) was initially established under the name of Tanzanian’s Youth Development Initiatives (TAYODI) in 2013 by organizing ideas of creating an organization. There were many challenges to get along with the organization, but when a number of founders defected, this became the most serious challenge to cope with, as only some few founders remained loyal and attentive to the infant organization.
Later on it was revealed that such members had defected because in their minds had many expectations of earning benefits instead of building up teamwork spirit and volunteering to empower and engage in development issues so as to show the impact into the societies. Then after one year, ENREDO finally became formally and legally binding when it was registered official 2015 by the reg. no 00NGO/00007758 under sec12 (2) of Act No.24 of 2002 with amendment Act of 2005.
