He is a trained teacher and development activist. He has served in various roles from school teacher, head of school, community mobiliser to policy analyst and programme management in leading national and international non governmental Organizations. He is also a researcher, writer, and committed reader of literary works.
Rehema Robert
Deputy Secretary/Treasurer.
Rehema holds Bachelor degree in Social Work; and a Commonwealth Diploma in Youth Empowerment both from the Open University of Tanzania. She has over 10 years of experience in project cycle management in both Local and International NGOs such as Care International and Oxfam GB implementing youth and women projects. She trained on financial stewardships for not for profit organizations.

Edson is experienced community mobiliser and leader. He has served in different political positions before he joined the development sector where he served as a leader and manager of district and regional NGOs' Networks in Mbeya region.
