CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING FOR VILLAGE COMMUNITY BANK (VICOBA) AND COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS (CBOs) IN KILOMBERO DISTRICT
The organization has designed the project aiming to build capacity to the Village Community Bank (VICOBA) and Community Based Organization (CBOs) in Kilombero District Morogoro. The project involve training to staff members. The project covers various lessons including
- Formation, Management and Banking Operating System
- Leadership Skills
- Fund Rising Skills
- Project Proposal write up
The project envelop various division, current the project commence mang’ula division, and cover villages in batch series, batch one, batch two, batch three, batch four and batch five.
Batch one involves Mang’ula B village, Mang’ula A village, Mwaya village, Kigamboni village, Mgudeni village and Karunga village
Batch two involves Mkula Village, Katurukila village, Magombela village and Sonjo village
Batch three involves Ichonde village, Kisawasawa village, Mpanga village and Kanolo village
Batch four involves Mkasu village, Kiberege, Sululu village and Signal village.
Batch five involves Mikoleko village, Mhelule village, Kiburubutu village, Msalise village and Kanyenja village.
The participants will benefit on the following staffs
- To oversee and manage financial issues and other properties in the groups
- To increase efficiency and accountability on managerial issues
- To enhance and implements various projects in the groups
- To initiate different sources of income without depend on contribution from members
- Mediation and reconciliation skills
- To enhance capability on grants proposal write up
