The facilitator is educating the children with their caregivers about fairly treating the orphans and vulnerable children just like a farmer who treats his or farm by utilizing it with manure so that it produces more crops. The facilitator Mr. Daniel J. Ngoi has explained this illustration to the caregivers that if they will do good things to the orphans and vulnerable children, it is like a farmer who puts manure in his or her farm so that it produces more when the seeds are planted on it and the rain shower the seeds.
