Mwanza Youth and Children Network – MYCN is the youth led NGO established in January 2009 and registered on 20th December 2010 under the Tanzanian 2002 NGO act, by 14 youth (founders), less than 30 years of age living at Mwanza region in the United Republic of Tanzania, under the leadership of Mr. Shaban Ramadhani Maganga who is the first Executive Chairperson of MYCN. The organization was established so as to serve the youth and children generation living in and out of Mwanza through different program/project interventions. MYCN's slogan is HOPE! ACTION!CHANGE! meaning that in any movement towards achieving a certain vision the most import thing to have at the beinning is HOPE. HOPE alone is not enough ACTION should be taken so as to attain the desired CHANGE.
