1. Support of basic vocational education for financial institutions in Karagwe District.
KARUDECA is currently in partnership with Saving Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC) based in Germany to implement the above named project which is specifically dealing with capacity building to micro finance institutions in Karagwe District Tanzania. The courses a provided are product development, credit appraisal, strategic planning, management and leadership, entrepreneurship skills, and risk management.
2. Micro credit scheme.
KARUDECA is currently in partnership with Wabia Network ,a UK based organization, implementing a micro credit scheme among vulnerable women in Karagwe Tanzania.
We plan to develop the scheme to more villages and wards of the Karagwe district.We are now running this project in Kayanga and Bugene wards.We plan to add more five wards in the five years. The project is funded by Wabia Network, a UK based organization.
3.Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR)
We are currently running a CBR project in partnership with KCBRP and KESUDE. The project is funded by Liliane Foundation-The Netherlands.
4. Club feet clinic Project.
In partnership with KADEF, KESUDE, KCBRP and NYAKAHANGA DDH, KARUDECA is running club feet clinic at Nyakahanga DDH. We rehabilitate children with club feet by using the Posent method, rehabilitation without surgery. The project is funded by Miracle Feet-USA
