Rashidi Champunga (Director)
He is an Agronomist by Professional and has Master Degree in Physical Land Resources from Gent University-Belgium. He has attended short courses on Integrated Sustainable Coastal Development at Gothenburg University in Sweden and Natural Resource Management & Governance at MS-TCDC Arusha-Tanzania. Has more than 7 years experience working with Non Governmental organizations in the field of agriculture and conservation of environment as a Field Officer and Program Director. As Director he managed to establish and strengthen North-South Partnership with various actors including Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC), SWISSAID and WWF.
Samli Hassani Mtausi (Program officer)
He is an Environmentalist by Professional holding a University Degree In Geography and Environmental Studies from University of Dar es salaam, and trained on Project Cycle Management (PCM) at MS-TCDC Arusha Tanzania. He has worked as Field Officer at Faraja Orphans and Training Centre-Kibaha and now he is volunteer at Mtwara People’s Umbrella Organization-KIMWAM. He is also among Young Environmentalists Trainees through WWF-Tanzania Young Environmentalists Trainees Program (YETs) 2011. He is experienced in Project Planning and Management as well as Community Mobilization. He has also participated on an "International Conference on Fisheries and Globalization" held at Iloilo City in Philippines, September 2012.

Awarded Diploma in Business Administration and Computer Knowledge, VETA Mtwara. 3 years Worked as Administrative Officer, Concern Worldwide in Masasi and Lindi; Administrative Officer, United Peasants of Tanzania (UPT) 1 year; and now he is a Revolving Fund Advisor at Mtwara People’s Umbrella Organization-KIMWAM

Holding an Advanced diploma in accountancy from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) Mwanza -Tanzaniaa. Worked as Assistant Accountant at Shinyanga Municipal Council, TALIA (Tanzania life Association ), Accountant at Mtwara Youth Ant Aids Group (MYAAG), Account Clark at Tanzania Revenue Authority(TRA) Shinyanga and TANESCO Mtwara, Store Keeper at Dar es salaam Ndogo company and now she is an Accountant at Mtwara People’s Umbrella Organization.
Abdulrahman Bakari (ICT Officer)
Data Specialist by professional, he is holding an International Diploma in Computer Studies (IDCS) from National Computing Centre (NCC) of UK. He worked at Dar es salaam Sewage and Sanitation Department (DSSD), Billing Assistant at City Water Dar es salaam, Billing Assistant DAWASCO Tanzania and now worked as Data Specialist at Mtwara Umbrella People’s organization-KIMWAM.
Fidea Amon Ruanda (Cashier)
Certificate on Secretarial and Computer studies at VETA Mtwara, Certificate on Robbing and Advocacy from MS-TCDC Arusha Tanzania. Worked as Secretary at Mtwara Girls High School. she has worked for 10 years in Various position including Secretary, and Cashier at Mtwara Umbrella People’s Organization-KIMWAM. She had 8 years experience in managing Village Community Banks (VICOBA) and also elected as Executive Secretary for District Non-Governmental Organization Network and representative National Environmental Management Network (MANET).
