CURRENT PROJECT.

1. HIV/AIDS, Reproductive health, drug abuseand STD'S awareness to primary and secondary school students and youths in Mtwango, Igima and Utengule at Njombeand  Wards and kawe wad Dar es salaam.        This project aim to create youth to be good future generation and leader for providing soft skills and awareness needed to them to ensure they know them self and have self detremination. The beneficiaries are youth between age 10 to 25

2. Women and Youth Empowement.         This project target to build capacity rural women and youth in Njombe region for providing mind set, life skills, enterpreneurship skills, marketing skills training and frabic industries, aquaculture, poultry farming and training modern agriculture practices as green house, organic agiculture and to mobilize them to create economic groups and Serving and credit Associations as means of povetry reduction and creation of self employments.

3. Sustainable Agriculture.            This project target to transfor rural farmes of Njombe from traditional means to modern practices to ensure their productivity increase and farmes know about ecoomic diversification and they have extra activities and they use irrigation systems and simple machines to add value of their products.

4. Environmental conservation.         This project aim to create awareness to rural communities of Mtwango, Kichiwa and Igima ward about the benefit of planting trees, and to create climate change adaptation awareness and we run nusurie of trees and we conserve Nyumba Nitu forest (Black House Forest) That is traditional forest have many magics and chicken who living in forest.

THE COMING PROJECTS.

1. Building capacity to farmers, Farmers organizations, civil base Organization based in rural areas of Tanzania. (Estimated  cost US$ 26,752)
2. Right of women in land, Civic education to youth and women, Njombe District (Estimated  cost US$ 3067)
3. To mobilize the establishmet of financial instutions such as SACCOS or VSLA and farmers network.
4. Capacity building to vegitable growers in mwango ward (US$ 52,345)
5. PDPR FM Radio on 2017. Mbinga District (Estimated  cost US$ 15100)
6. Itunduma vocational training center and Farmers  Development center,  Mtwango ward.(Estimated cost US$ 35,042)

PDPR faces a shortage of the following tools and Money.

1) Three Laptop computeers and Two desktop computeers (Same to US$ 820) Now we have only desktop computer. 

2) one Eggs Incubator Machine (Equal to US$ 2380) For using in project of Poultry farming.

3) Two Bicycle and one Motorcycle (Equal to US$ 1504 ) As means of Transport now we use one bike and we rent motocycle and cars to visit rural areas.

4) Fund of implementing projects and stregthing PDPR Development Center US$ 31730. To implement project of helping orphans, Elders, Aquaculture, and Sustainable Agriculture.

4) One carpentry machine and 5 sewing machine fo our development center.
