The D.R.Congo has crossed tough political winds over its history.
in 1996, it witnessed another war dubbed of Liberation.
The war braught with it sufferings, aches, hatred, discrimination, attrocities, deseases, poverty. overall, human losses.
A considerable vague of its population crossed the borders for the sake of their security.
Some went to nearby Tanzania in Kigoma region, where they are hosted in Nyarugusu camp as refugees to-date.
The camp is also home to other minorities particularly Burundians and Somalis.
Therethrough, many have become hopeless, traumatised, exhausted, handicap, troubled, equillibrium losers, unaccompanied, and or nutshelly, VULNERABLES.
This paled community needs assistance if ever company vis-à-vis their corresponding conditions.
In that perspective, Mr Byaeta Oboo Mwenembuka, on 10th May 2007 in Nyarugusu camp, 21 years old by then, came up with the idea of instituting the TERRITORIAL CENTRE FOR VULNERABLES ASSISTANCE, CETAV in short.
