BRIGHT GENERATION RWANDA (BGR) is a local Non Governmental   and non denominational Organization operating nationwide which aims at enhancing socio-economic development for youth and women through empowerment and advocacy. Our beneficiaries are orphans and widows, young graduates from Universities, higher learning Institutes and High schools, youth and women representatives at local administration. This will be achieved through various trainings, networking , coaching and mentoring. It was founded on 21st December 2013. 

Our vision is to build an entrepreneurial network of youth and women  key actors in peace building across the country towards long lasting development

Our Motto is: Passion and Commitment to serve.

BGR Objectives:

 Main objective:To contribute to the ongoing social development  of the  Rwandan society  through the  social change towards the welfare of the population especially for youth and women.

Specific Objectives:

-          To sensitize the  youth and women for self- employment through various trainings

-          To sensitize the orphans and the widows  for self-employment and to use technology  in-order to improve their living condition

-          To provide coaching to youth and women entrepreneurs  

-          To plead  for the vulnerable orphans and widows  to  various institutions in order to help them for their  economic development.

-          To help the young graduates from different universities to have a practical expertise in the work context through various trainings  and internships.    

-          To give training on the Trauma- counselling” of Orphans and Widows to the youth.

-          To promote  the talents of youth orphans for a sustainable livelihoods.

-          To help  orphan children to   reach professional trainings through the partnerships with various Organizations as well official as private.

-          To develop the  partnership with the various institutions for  social welfare  of the Rwandan population in general  and the young people and women in particular.
