PADI need one volunteer with micro finance skills and interest to support micro credit in Ruvuma and Njombe region. PADI has been runing the program for over 15 years. The program started with 10 older people(9 women) in 2000 to over 1500 older peoplein 2014. The program is financed by SATF, Help Age International, SIDA/NORAD and Cord Aids.
